Our story
From a single office in Singapore to a network across Asia
JBS Practice began in 2012, founded by Mr. J. Bala, and has grown into a respected professional services firm with offices in Singapore, Salem and Makati.
JBS Assurance Private Limited is an Indian private limited company incorporated on July 15, 2022, and operates as part of the JBS Practice network. Today the company serves clients from its registered office in Chennai and its branch office in Salem.
Our growth has been guided by three commitments: excellence in every engagement, an unwavering commitment to our clients, and the willingness to keep evolving as standards, technology and markets change.

JBS Practice founded
Mr. J. Bala establishes JBS Practice PAC in Singapore, built on a single promise: our one focus is you.
- 2018
Alliott Global Alliance
JBS becomes the Singapore representative of Alliott Global Alliance, an international network of independent accounting and law firms.
- 2022
JBS Assurance Private Limited
Incorporated in India on July 15, 2022, as part of the JBS Practice network, with offices in Chennai and Salem.
- 2023
JBS Salem
A dedicated support unit is set up in Salem, Tamil Nadu, strengthening delivery across the network.
- 2024
JBS Makati
JBS Makati is formed in the Philippines, extending the network’s presence across Asia.
